The far-infrared absorption spectra of Czochralski samples which had been grown under reduced pressures of high-purity N were investigated at various temperatures. Seven new series of lines were observed which resulted from the ground-state splitting of N-O complexes. The results indicated that the latter had various structures. The binding energies of the split ground states were obtained by using the effective mass approximation.
