The luminescence, decay kinetics and polarization of single Tl+-based centers were monitored at temperatures ranging from 0.3 to 400K. It was shown that 4 emission bands which coexisted at the same relaxed excited state surface belonged to this center. At sufficiently high temperatures, all of the relaxed excited-state minima were mutually connected by thermally stimulated transitions.
