Measurements were made of the variation of the dispersion parameter of H diffusion in undoped amorphous hydrogenated material at 350C, using elastic-recoil detection analysis, as a function of illumination intensities of 8 or 15W/cm2. The dispersion parameter value in the illuminated case was compared with the dark value, and it was found that it increased with illumination intensity. This was thought to be the first observation of the effect.
