Impedance spectroscopy was used to study the electrical properties of the solid solution, Bi[Bi12-xTexO14]Mo4-xV1+x]O20. The results showed that they were good ionic conductors, with conductivities as high as 0.00796S/cm at 750C, for x = 1.
