A high-resolution electron microscopic investigation was made of dislocations at 120 order interfaces across  lamellae. Super-partial dislocations were observed on more than one family of {111} planes with a mixed 30 or 60 nature, and could occur in non co-planar dislocation complexes. It was noted that dislocations with Burgers vectors that lay within extensive {111} facets of the 120 order interface could dissociate so as to form an intrinsic stacking-fault region.
