Two new photoluminescence systems were found in Zn-doped Czochralski material that had been annealed at temperatures ranging from 500 to 700C. Zero-phonon transitions of these systems were observed at 1.05031, 1.05124 and 1.10042eV. Uniaxial stress perturbation of the transitions revealed that both centers had a monoclinic C1h symmetry, with almost identical stress parameters. The latter parameters were very similar to those which had recently been reported for group-II acceptor and O-related complexes in Si.
