Conductivity measurements of Ca1-xNdxF2+x solid solutions, where x ranged from 0 to 0.40, were carried out by using alternating-current spectroscopic techniques. It was found that the temperature dependence of the ionic conductivity, between 420 and 740K, obeyed the Arrhenius-Frenkel equation.
