The dependences of the dispersion parameter and time-dependent diffusion parameter upon the annealing temperature were investigated by means of elastic-recoil detection analyses of undoped amorphous hydrogenated material. It was found that the dark value of the dispersion parameter increased with the annealing temperature, as previously observed, and that the illuminated dispersion parameter also increased. However, it was observed that the time-dependent diffusivity under illumination deviated from Arrhenius behavior, whereas the time-dependent diffusivity that was measured in the dark exhibited an Arrhenius behavior. The H diffusion under intense illumination was explained in terms of existing models.
