Detailed resistivity measurements were carried out, at temperatures ranging from 12 to 300K, on O-loaded film samples. It was noted that 2 ordering phase transitions (260, 90K) were reflected by the resistivity versus temperature curves. There was also a marked dependence upon the O content. A decrease in both ordering temperatures occurred with increasing O concentration. The O diffusivity was greatly enhanced in the ordered phase upon heating.
