The interaction between H, and 2 representative examples of double donor (S, thermal), was studied by means of magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Passivation was found to transform a double donor into a single donor which was paramagnetic in the neutral charge state. Magnetic resonance spectra were identified which were associated with passivation products that consisted of the double donor and a single H atom.
