A new effect in the interaction between a moving dislocation and point defects was reported. It involved the formation of unusual extended micro-defects, near to the dislocation slip plane, which had an obvious {113} habit plane. The morphological features and the conditions of extended micro-defect formation were considered and an acceptable model for the formation of the defects was developed.
