Imperfections in (100), (010) and (001) plates of the inorganic non-linear crystal, prepared from different blocks, were studied by means of X-ray projection topography. The results showed that there were mainly grown-in dislocations with b = [100], [101], [101¯], [001] and [011], glide dislocations in the (010)[101] system, inclusion-induced dislocations; almost all with b = [101], [101¯] and [001], distributed in a network that was parallel to the (010) plane, and inclusions with an orthorhombic configuration. All of the dislocations ran almost straight and were of pure screw type.
