New measurements were made of highly degassed samples, and it was shown that the only remaining thermally activated peak (with an activation energy of 0.11eV) was reduced in intensity by extreme degassing. This supported the hypothesis that such a peak was due to the Snoek-type re-orientation of isolated O atoms on the CuOx plane.
