The proton magnetic resonance spectrum and laboratory and rotating-frame spin-lattice relaxation times were measured in metallic glass samples with the compositions, Zr0.5Ni0.5H and Zr0.5(Cu0.3Ni0.7)0.5H, at various temperatures. It was shown that the values of the quantities were affected by the distribution of activation energies for H diffusion.
