The lattice parameter, microstructure, ionic conductivity (table 23), micro-hardness and optical spectra were determined for crystalline and ceramic forms of yttria-stabilized zirconia which was doped with Co2O3. The relationship between the O sub-lattice, the microstructure and the physical properties was analyzed.
