The radiation-induced grain-boundary migration in an alloy under electron irradiation was investigated by using an atomic-resolution high-voltage electron microscope. It was observed that the morphology of a grain boundary changed, from the initial configuration to a facet-like structure, because of boundary movement during irradiation. A marked solute redistribution was produced near to the migrated boundary interface.
