The crossover from percolation to diffusion transport was considered. A general scaling theory was proposed which introduced 4 critical phenomenological exponents that were connected by 2 equations. One exponent was completely new, and described the increase in diffusion below the percolation threshold. The exact solution of a 1-dimensional lattice problem was given as an example. In this case, the new exponent was equal to 2.
