Simulations were made of the scattering intensity of several types of dislocation distribution in bulk crystals and in thin films. It was found that the presence of the surfaces changed both the distortions and regularities of scattering phenomena in thin films, as compared with the bulk. Diffraction phenomena on misfit dislocations exhibited some additional peculiarities as compared with bulk crystals. The effect of each system of misfit dislocations upon the broadening of the rocking curve depended upon the angle between the diffraction vector and the direction of dislocation lines in the system.
