Equations for the number of impurity-atom clusters and for the length distribution functions of clusters of dislocation segments were derived by minimizing the energy. An estimation was made of the magnitude of the external stress at which its effect upon diffusion kinetics became appreciable. The time-dependences of the number of clusters and the length-distribution functions in an external stress field were examined.
