Simple-cubic A-site deficient perovskite solid solutions with Li-ion conductivity were studied. It was found that the bulk conductivity at 25C varied from 0.0013S/cm for La0.56Li0.33O3 to 5.6 x 10-4S/cm for Sr0.56Li0.33Ta0.56Ti0.44O3; maintaining a 25C conductivity of greater than 3 x 10-4S/cm. The conductivity also increased monotonically from 2.7 x 10-7S/cm for Nd0.56Li0.33TiO3 to the above value for Sr0.56Li0.33Ta0.56Ti0.44O3.
