Single crystals were grown from flux, and the room-temperature unit-cell parameter of the cubic (Fm3m) crystals was found to be 0.7424nm. The conductivity of the single crystals was equal to between 0.002 and 0.004S/cm- at 300C. The electronic component of the conductivity was less than the ionic component by 3 orders of magnitude.
