The Li ionic conductivities of (La0.52Li0.27)0.95Sr0.05TiO2.92, with 4 different Li isotopic compositions (6Li/7Li = 95.56:4.44, 50.00:50.00, 7.42:92.58, 0.06:99.4) were measured by impedance spectroscopy at 300 to 353K. It was found that the ionic conductivity increased with 6Li content, and the results seemed to obey classical theory.
