An explicit solution was obtained, for a moving screw dislocation in a piezo-electric bi-material, was obtained by means of complex variables. The electro-elastic fields and forces acting on the moving dislocation were obtained in closed form. As special cases, explicit solutions for a moving screw dislocation in a piezo-electric half-plane with a free or rigid surface were obtained.
