A study was made of the diffusion of D in single crystals by performing measurements of the desorption kinetics of gas-saturated crystals. The diffusivity at 500C was equal to 3.5 x 10-9cm2/s, and that at 450C was equal to 2.4 x 10-9cm2/s. It was concluded that D was dissolved in molecular form.
