The parameters and properties of 2 previously unreported Pt-related electron spin resonance spectra were reported. The spectra were detected in Pt- and H-doped Si samples. Both spectra were analyzed with regard to the spin state of related defect S = ½, and revealed monoclinic (C1h) and trigonal (C3v) symmetry. The PtH and PtFe pairs in a neutral charge state were suggested to be the defects which were responsible for the spectra.
