The effect of the secondary phase upon O diffusion in the composite was investigated via isothermal electric resistance relaxation methods. The activation energy for O diffusion in the Cu3Ba2YO7 matrix was equal to 1.13, 1.04 and 0.97eV for composites with CuBaY2O5 contents of 0, 0.2 and 0.4mol, respectively.
