Positron annihilation lifetimes using a slow positron beam, were measured in thin Fe films which had been grown under H pressures of 5.0 x 10-10 or 4.5 x 10-7Torr, for positron-incident energies of 2 and 3keV. The presence of H-induced vacancies in the thin films was suggested by the experimental data.
