Sintered specimens having a density of 90% were studied by using complex impedance methods (0.1Hz - 10kHz) at temperatures of between 20 and 150C. The conductivity of Hg0.75Bi0.25F2.25 was equal to 9.5 x 10-6S/cm at 20C and equal to 2 x 10-3S/cm at 150C; thus indicating an activation energy of 0.44eV.
