The destruction of long-range atomic order, due to the accumulation of antiphase boundaries generated by super-dislocations and single dislocations during the plastic deformation of L12-type ordered alloys, was considered. A mathematical model of the strengthening, and of the destruction of long-range order caused by the deformation-induced multiplication of shear-forming dislocations, was formulated. Allowance was made for a change, in the type of shear-forming dislocation, from super-dislocations to single dislocations.
