Samples were prepared by using Analar-grade material. The use of X-ray methods revealed that the films which were produced contained a Ag/Hg complex. The conductivity of a typical film (90nm), at temperatures of between 35 and 140C, was of the order of 0.0001S/cm. The activation energy was equal to 0.38eV.
