To investigate 2H disordered structures in AIIBVI compounds, the Monte Carlo computer simulation technique was applied. Calculations of diffraction intensity distributions along the 10.L reciprocal lattice row from 2H structure with four different kinds of stacking faults were presented. In particular, both random and non-random distributions of stacking faults were considered. The chosen examples of transformations from the parent 2H structure into another small-period polytypes due to simple frequency function of fault to fault distances were analyzed in detail.
