The porous-frit technique was used to study the self-diffusion of 125I in the melt (table 219). The Klemm friction coefficients did not indicate the existence of complex entities. Cation and anion diffusivities which were calculated using the Nernst-Einstein equation agreed with previously reported data to within 20%.
