Conductivity measurements were performed on the pure materials, as well as on Tl1−xAgxI, TlI1−xBrx and TlI1−xClx. The results were compared with previous data on pure TlI, Tl1−xRbxI and Tl1−xCsxI. This revealed other cases, of positive mixed-cation and positive mixed-anion effects in fast-ion conduction, which were explained in terms of non-structural contributions to cation conductivity in iso-structural milieux.
