Strain-induced breaking of the long-range atomic order in alloys with the L12 superlattice structure, caused by rearrangement of the dislocations in dislocation walls, was considered. A mathematical model was constructed for strain-induced breaking of long-range atomic order, caused by the accumulation of dislocation walls. The dependence of the long-range order parameter upon the degree of strain was calculated for alloys with high- and low-energy antiphase boundaries.
