The diffusivity of H in Pd films at temperatures of between 278 and 323K was determined by using an electrochemical stripping method. It was found that the results which were obtained for films that were 0.00068 and 0.00136mm in thickness were some 2 orders of magnitude lower than the published data for the bulk material. The present results were described by:
