The temperature dependences of the electrical conductivity and the activation volume (table 220) were studied at temperatures of between 25 and 300C and at pressures of up to 0.9GPa. It was found that the conductivity of the α-phase was generally high, the migration enthalpy was equal to 0.098eV, and the activation volume was between 0.8 and 0.9cm3/mol. It was concluded that Frenkel defects predominated. At high temperatures and pressures, a gradual increase in the conductivity of the face-centered cubic phase occurred.
