The conductivities of the α and β phases were measured at temperatures of between 300 and 850K. The activation energies for conduction in the α and β phases were found to be equal to 0.13 and 0.368eV, respectively. The heat of transport of cationically disordered Cu+ ions in the α-phase was equal to 0.098eV. The data for the α-phase supported the extended lattice gas model for superionic conductors.
