A molecular dynamics study was made of the temperature dependence of Lévy-type stick-slip diffusion of a nanocluster, Au245. The exponents that characterized the power-law correlated diffusion dynamics were not universal, but varied with temperature. Although the diffusion dynamics conflicted with the usual equilibrium Arrhenius jump rate process, the computed diffusion coefficients obeyed an Arrhenius law.
