A-site-deficient lanthanum–calcium chromites–titanates (La1−xCax)1−αCr1−yTiyO3 (y=0.5, 0.8, 1.0) with perovskite-type structure were synthesized by an oxide route in air (final heating 1350C). Their electrical conductivities, depending of the O partial pressure and O diffusion mobility, were investigated at 900C. The electrical conductivity changes between 8 x 10−4 and 2 x 10−4S/cm, and the chemical diffusion coefficients range between 10−9 and 10−8cm2/s.
