Transport properties of the electrolytic oxide Mo4O11 proposed as the cathode material of lithium power sources were examined. On the basis of the mathematical diffusion models of intercalation/deintercalation under the conditions of cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic mode, the average value of the chemical diffusion coefficient of Li+ was determined to be equal to between 1.3–6.4 x 10−12cm2/s.
