The properties of a newly discovered photoluminescence recombination process which involved negatively charged donor ions, D-, were investigated in the presence of magnetic fields. The binding energies of D- singlet and triplet states were determined between 0 and 15T. This was the first conclusive evidence for the presence of D- triplet states in this system.
