The diffusivity of Au in the glasses was measured at 546 to 643K by using the Auger depth profiling technique. The temperature dependence of the diffusivity was of Arrhenius type and could be described by:
D (m2/s) = 10-6.68 exp[-1.56(eV)/kT]
