Ribbons of the metallic glass were prepared by means of melt-spinning. The diffusivity was measured at between 215 and 270C by diffusion annealing in P vapor and by measuring the resultant concentration profiles using secondary ion mass spectrometry. The diffusivity results could be described by:

D (m2/s) = 10-4.35 exp[-1.85(eV)/kT]
