The diffusion of 51Cr in the face-centered cubic phases of this alloy system was studied by using radioactive tracer techniques at between 950 and 1200C (table 55). The dependence of the diffusivity in γ-phase alloys could be described by:
D (cm2/s) = exp[(-34181/T)(1-xCr)-28.36xCr]
where x was the mole fraction.
