By using the Gruzin radioactive tracer technique, the tracer diffusion coefficients of 59Fe in Fe-18.5Cr-9.5%Ni (0.027%C, 0.6%Si) were studied at 800 to 1200C. The results could be described by:
bulk: D (cm2/s) = 2.5 x 10-3 exp[-52(kcal/g-atom)/RT]
grain-boundary: D (cm3/s) = 1.6 x 10-11 exp[-17(kcal/g-atom)/RT]
