By using the Gruzin radioactive tracer technique, the tracer diffusion coefficients of 63Ni in Fe-18.5Cr-9.5%Ni (0.027%C, 0.6%Si) were studied at 800 to 1200C. The results could be described by:
bulk: D (cm2/s) = 1.4 x 100 exp[-72(kcal/g-atom)/RT]
grain-boundary: D (cm3/s) = 2.95 x 10-12 exp[-17(kcal/g-atom)/RT]
