Samples were annealed in a solution of 60Co at 280C, or in a He atmosphere at 300 or 600C after coating with the solution. It was found that the results obtained at 600C (table 97) were consistent with previous data, whereas the lower-temperature results were much higher than expected on the basis of extrapolation. This inconsistency was attributed to the effect of dislocation pipe diffusion.
