The self-diffusion of P in foil samples was studied by using the Kriukov-Joukhovitsky and Gruzin methods (table 180). It was shown that, with the onset of structural relaxation during heat treatment at temperatures between 150 and 300C, the surface layers of the
material were modified due to chemical evolution during diffusion of the tracer, which was characterized by segregation of P and B.
