Electrolytic methods, involving a viscous electrolyte, were used to measure the diffusivity of H at temperatures of between 285 and 328K. The results (table 28) indicated that H diffused via a single-stage process at temperatures of between 285K and the melting point. No departures from Arrhenius behavior, due to trapping effects involving lattice vacancies, were found.
