Atomic probe measurements were made of Cu/Ni nanolayers. By using Matano analyses, the concentration-dependent interdiffusion coefficients at temperatures ranging from 653 to 703K were deduced. It was found that the activation energy for interdiffusion was equal to 2.04eV for an 80%Cu alloy, and equal to 1.98eV for a 40%Cu alloy.
